香蕉曲奇餅

此份量約可弄30個曲奇餅

材料：

香蕉------ 1隻
牛油------ 150g
糖 -------- 165g
1隻 雞蛋
蘇打粉(baking soda) ------1/2tsp
低筋麵粉 ------- 280g
少許 鹽
玉桂粉----1/2 tsp
巧克力碎

做法：

1. 先把焗爐預熱至180度 把牛油與糖拌勻。加入蛋汁，繼續搞拌。
2. 壓爛的香蕉蓉中放下蘇打粉拌勻，並放置兩分鐘。蘇打粉會跟香蕉中的酸性成份反應，令曲奇餅鬆起。
3. 把香蕉蓉混合物放入步驟1中拌勻。把低筋粉，鹽和玉桂粉混和拌勻。最後，加入巧克力碎。
4. 放入焗爐中，焗約13至15分鐘，或直到曲奇餅的表面轉金黃色。

I dreamed Kay, Karen, panda and Laiz, we ar gathering in a pool, Karen was pregnant, Laiz was laizing and we hv a lot of fun, wt a amazing! I miss the time we ar.

可可蛋白曲奇

材料：
糖-----100g
牛油--------90g
蛋白--------2隻
低筋麵粉-----50g
可可粉-------20g
梳打粉--------1tsp

做法：
1.牛油放軟，加入糖打至淡黃色 。
2.加入蛋白，拌至光滑。
3. 麵粉、梳打粉及可可粉一同篩勻，加入作法2.內搓勻
4.將1湯匙混合物放在牛油紙上，150度焗10分鐘。待涼即可。
